ISM BUYS ERP AND CRM VARS

Information Systems Management has moved into the Mid-Atlantic market with the acquisition of Planning and Services Corp., formerly known as Accounting Technology-Manassas. It also acquired Propellix/Techosystems, a CRM dealer which serves the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Northern California. The Manassas operation sells MAS 90/200/500, BusinessWorks and Peachtree from the Sage line. ISM has offices in Phoenix, Ariz.; Portland, Ore.; and San Diego, Calif. SAGE ENDING SIMPLY VARS

Jennifer WarawaSage has concluded that sales through its Simply Accounting Solution Providers are not enough to justify the program's continuation. It is being dropped effective October 1. However, members will continue to get the same product discounts until Sept. 30, 2012. No new VARs will be authorized.
