Blackbaud has received a buyout proposal from Clearlake Capital Group to acquire all its shares.

Avalara has named its CFO, Ross Tennenbaum, to the position of  president. He fills a job left vacant in March 2023 when Amit Mathadras left to become CEO of Nintex, after nearly four years in the Avalara job.

Private equity firm Advent International is acquiring payments software company Nuvei at $34 a share.
