Deltek has acquired ConceptShare, an Ottawa, Ont.-based company that markets a creative operations management platform. The platform is used in online proofing and review and approval processes of marketing and creative work for agencies and in-house creative teams.

Winners and finalists for Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year awards,  announced this week, were largely, well large. And getting bigger as the customer service winner, Ebecs, has now been acquired by DXC. Ebecs also won the Dynamics 365 Talent award.

Manufacturing software company QAD reported a return to profitability and strong revenue growth for its first quarter ended April 30. QAD had $1.4 million in net income for the most recently ended quarter, compared to a loss of $2.6 million a year earlier.
