KLAUS COMPANY BUYS U.K. CONCERN

George Klaus, KeyedIn SolutionsKeyedIn Solutions, owned by former Epicor executives George and Lori Klaus, has acquired Atlantic Global of Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, for about $8 million. KeyedIn, based in Minneapolis, provides consulting services for companies in the area of ERP and SaaS. Lori Klaus, who was EVP of worldwide sales and services at Epicor, is CEO of KeyedIn.
Atlantic Global for planning and managing enterprise-level projects. KeyedIn plans to take the operations worldwide and also termed the acquisition its first, although it did not give details on M&A plans. James Waterhouse, who was Epicor's VP of EMEA, is a KeyedIn founder and helped engineer the deal. He was named as managing director of KeyedIn U.K. Another Epicor refugee, Karen Adams, is VP of worldwide operations. She was senior VP of operations at Epicor. The group was displaced after Epicor was acquired by a private equity group and merged with Activant and the Activant kids most of the executive chairs when the music stopped. Earlier this month, KeyedIn hired John Cachat as VP of business development, who had previously served as president of Silico Corp., a Cleveland-based business processes management and software services company.  And no, he did not work at Epicor.
