EPICOR ERP VP ROACH DEPARTS
Epicor Software says that Kevin Roach, EVP and general manager of ERP in the Americas has left the company. CEO Pervez Qureshi has been handling Roach's duties since his departure on January 8. The departure was announced in an SEC filing after Roach left and the company did not issue the typical press release about Roach leaving to pursue other interests.
That's a bit abrupt for these kinds of announcement and his LinkedIn page still has the Epicor title, not those "all-knowing software executive" kinds of LinkedIn titles that we get after departures. Roach came to Epicor in June 2011 after the merger of Epicor and Activant Solutions, which was really an Activant takeover of Epicor. He was with Activant as EVP and GME from September 2008 through June 2011. Before that, he was president of Rockwell Software from October 2004 through September 2008.
