Also new is Xero Expense, a mobile-first expense management application with open APIs to enable banks to connect with small business employees. Xero CEO Rod Drury says the expense product utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning. Expense Analytics enables users to see patterns. Xero Discuss, not yet available, enables professionals to discuss financial details with clients from within Xero while Xero Projects, already available, can monitor active projects. Drury said more than 40 percent of Xero's customers are professional service firms.
