“For the first time, more than 50 percent of our Dynamics revenue was driven by the cloud,” Nadella said. As usual, the company did not break out revenue figures. It reported Dynamics revenue rose by 13 percent year-over-year. And as usual, the growth was driven up Dynamics 365, an increase of 43 percent over last year’s corresponding period, 44 percent in constant currency. That rate was lower than the first two quarters of fiscal 2019 as the increase was 16 percent from the first half of 2018. Microsoft reported progress in sales of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations “with strong growth in customer billings and deployment”, but again did not provide specific numbers. The company also expects Dynamics growth for the current quarter ending June 30 will be up by double digits.
