Chad Collins, HighJump HighJump Software has been acquired by Körber AG, based in Hamburg, Germany. That means HighJump, heavily involved in EDI products, has been absorbed by a company that had $2.65 billion in revenue, so safe to say, terms were not disclosed. Doesn't anyone go public anymore?

Greg Stivers, AvalaraAvalara has hired Greg Stivers as SVP of sales. Stivers joins the sales tax software from Concur, where he was SVP of client development starting in July 2014 until taking the Avalara job this month. The position is a new one for the software company.
