Reseller Professional Software has received the Sage Eagle Award for the second straight year. Based in Wichita,  Kan., the firm received the honor for delivering high levels of customer experience based on renewal rates and net promoter scores. PSI carries Sage 100 and JobOps.

SAGE 500: FIVE YEARS TO GO?

SHimanshu Palsule, Sage age 500 has a limited life span as Sage committed to supporting the product for at least five years. I think the company said "at least five years"  at the Sage Summit conference going on this week in Nashville Tenn. But whatever time Sage 500 has left, the  product will not make the move to the next platform, such as the Web.

LBMC LINKS INTACCT, DYNAMICS CRM

 Stacy Schuettler, LBMC Technologies LBMC Technologies wants to bring Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics together, at least on the CRM side. And Nashville, Tenn.-based LBMC wants to create a reseller channel for IntegraterPlus, the application that it wrote to integrate Intacct’s financial applications with Dynamics CRM.

TRAVERSE DASHBOARD DEBUTS

Traverse logoOpen Systems has released Dashboard, a business intelligence and analytical application for version 11 of its Traverse accounting software line. Dashboard incorporates dozens of predefined business views for capturing, filtering and presenting real-time business data in a variety of formats. There are also drilldown capabilities. Users can select and position which dashboard objects they wish to see.  Information is automatically up. Dashboard is available now through Traverse's automatic update process.

PRODWARE EXECUTES QURIUS DEAL

Prodware LogoThe Prodware Group, a Dynamics reseller based in France, has carried out major elements of an announced deal to end the existence of Qurius. It has purchased Qurius Germany and Qurius United Kingdom. That leaves primarily the Netherlands operations, but anything remaining will be liquidated and proceeds distributed to shareholders. The Prodware side of the announcement said talks could lead to its purchase of the Dutch subsidiaries and what was described as its Czech partner. Read more...
